At Deluxe, we believe simple is delicious. Since 1949, our family has been serving made-to-order meals prepared with fresh ingredients from local suppliers. Fresh-cut fries and hand-battered fish are still the cornerstones of our menu, along with tasty burgers, seafood, sandwiches, chicken and breakfast. And our famous Deluxe creamy coleslaw is made fresh daily at each location from a secret family recipe.

It all began in 1949 with a single food truck in Moncton. Laurier and Laudia Theriault’s mobile canteen quickly drew a following for its delicious, simple meals, including, of course, the hand-cut fries that Deluxe is famous for to this day.
From these humble beginnings, Deluxe has grown into an iconic family-run business with 12 locations in New Brunswick and one in Nova Scotia. Times have changed from those early days, but the important things remain the same. Every dish is still made to order, by hand, right in front of your eyes.
